The Power of Giving Together is about awareness and action. Washington Area Women’s Foundation has an outstanding array of generous supporters across the region. In 2006, The Women’s Foundation received over $3.2 million dollars in donations and thousands of dollars in in-kind services. Our supporters are individuals, corporations, foundations, and law firms. Most importantly, the generous individual gifts we received ranged from one dollar to one million dollars. These collective gifts allow The Women’s Foundation to serve as a catalyst for even greater community resources to help women and girls.
