• Providing Grants and Operational Resources; and
• Serving as a Regional Voice for Women and Girls.

With the resources generated through our philanthropic efforts—and focusing the power of giving together—we believe that every woman and girl can have the tools they need to reach their full potential. Our commitment to our goals is strong. We maintain a lean, effective organization with more than 85 percent of total revenue directly supporting program efforts. Furthermore, our grantmaking levels places us among the top 10 percent of women’s funds in the country—and the only one doing so without an endowment.
